WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 Custom made orders available via IMS Registered Mail, and may take 20-30 business days.

¹Zaytouna Jewelry makes every effort to receive your shipped order on time, however, shipment times may change during the holiday season.  

¹Upon Zaytouna Jewelry receives your payments through PayPal, your order will be made ready for shipment in 3-4 business days.

¹Zaytouna Jewelry chose the best affordable delivery method originated from the Holy land, if you want an express delivery, then the delivery fees will be added to the payment. The express delivery fees  will vary from US$25 to US$45 in accordance to the geographical zone.

²Since, we are using Registered Mail service, you may ship your order to the address of your choice where someone are able to receive the shipment. Please ensure that you enter your receiving  address in full as well as a contact name (if different) and telephone number to facilitate the prompt delivery of your order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES?

International shipping may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.

You should be aware of possible:

1.     Delays from customs inspection.

2.     Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

3.     Mail services fees payable at the point of delivery.

WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER DIDN’T ARRIVED ON THE ESTIMATED DATE?

If your order failed to arrive by the estimated delivery date, please try the following:

1. Check your order's progress status using the tracking number and link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail.
2. Check your mailbox for a delivery attempt card, as your order may be waiting at your local Post office.
3. If you still can't find your order, do contact us.
